2. Enquiries and correspondence

Data is obtained electronically through website preferences, WhatsApp/email messages and telephone correspondence, and physically through documents and signed forms provided at handover. Your name, contact details, messages, selected vehicle, dates and collection location may be processed to answer your enquiry and take pre-contract steps. The legal ground is processing directly necessary to establish/perform a contract under Article 5(2)(c). Records necessary for a claim may be retained under Article 5(2)(e). The web form does not create a separate reservation database record on this website; it prepares a WhatsApp message which you send yourself.

3. Information collected for an actual rental

Necessary identity, licence, contract, handover/return and invoice information is processed for contractual performance under Article 5(2)(c), statutory reporting/invoicing/retention under Article 5(2)(a)/(ç), and legal claims under Article 5(2)(e). Required documents are explained during handover. Health data, complete payment-card details, CVV codes and identity photographs are not requested for an initial enquiry. This notice does not represent that credit scoring, biometric checks or in-vehicle tracking are carried out when they are not part of the actual service.

4. Security and optional statistics

Connection/security records may be created by the server to secure access and prevent misuse. Necessary proportionate records rely on legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f), or applicable statutory obligations under Article 5(2)(a)/(ç). Page views, vehicle detail views and WhatsApp/telephone link clicks are counted as totals per site and day without analytics cookies. The statistics table stores no IP address, user agent, referrer, visitor identifier or browser fingerprint. No personal profiles or cross-site tracking are created. Unique people and exact departure times are not measured. Random per-page security keys used to limit repeated clicks expire within two hours; expired records are removed during daily maintenance. Daily totals are retained for historical comparisons. A WhatsApp click does not establish that a message was sent or a booking made.

5. Recipients and external services

Relevant records may be accessed by authorised personnel, necessary hosting/technical providers and, for an actual rental, necessary accounting, payment, insurance providers and legally authorised authorities. Disclosure remains limited to its purpose and legal ground. Choosing WhatsApp sends you to that platform; your contact details and message are handled under its operation. The Google map loads automatically when the contact page opens and may disclose IP/connection and device information to Google. These services may involve overseas processing/transfers; transfers carried out by the business must separately meet the conditions and safeguards in Article 9. Clicking a link does not constitute blanket consent to all processing.

6. Retention and security

Records are retained only as needed for their purpose and applicable legal duties. Rental, invoice and dispute records follow their respective requirements. When retention is no longer necessary, deletion, destruction or anonymisation is assessed. Access is restricted and unnecessary data is not requested.

7. Your rights and requests

Article 11 provides rights to learn whether data is processed, obtain information, learn the purpose and appropriate use, know recipients, request correction/deletion where applicable and notification to recipients, object to exclusively automated adverse analysis and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Submit a written request to Forbest Sokak No:96, Efeler Mahallesi, Şirinyer / İzmir, TÜRKİYE, or use secure electronic/mobile signature or another legally accepted method. You may also use an email address previously notified to and registered with us to write to info@mahirotokiralama.com. Include the information necessary for identity verification, your request and reply channel.
